AIatWork Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
At AIatWork, we want you to feel confident about your subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across our different plans.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your AIatWork subscription at any time to avoid future charges. When you cancel, you keep access to everything you paid for until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel, go to your Payment Settings in your account. Cancellation is self-serve — you don't need to contact support to stop your subscription.
Free Trials (7-day, 14-day, and 30-day)
We sometimes offer free trials so you can explore AIatWork before committing.
If you're charged after your trial ends and didn't mean to continue, we understand — life gets busy. You may request a one-time refund by emailing [email protected] within 48 hours of the charge, provided you haven't used AIatWork during that billing period.
"Used" means you have:
- Attended a live course,
- Used any of the AI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), or
- Used any of our AI tools.
If any of the above has occurred, the subscription is considered active and is not eligible for a refund.
Subscription Renewals
AIatWork does not offer refunds for subscription renewals.
- Monthly subscriptions: You will not receive a reminder before each monthly renewal.
- 6-month subscriptions: You will receive an email reminder 1 month before your subscription renews.
- Yearly subscriptions: You will receive an email reminder 1 month before your subscription renews.
If you don't want your subscription to renew, you can cancel at any time through your Payment Settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your paid period.
Mid-Term Cancellation (6-Month and Yearly Plans)
If you cancel a 6-month or yearly subscription before it ends, you will not receive a partial or prorated refund. Your access will continue until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If You're in the European Union
If you're located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under local consumer protection laws.
If you start a subscription with a free trial, your trial period counts toward this 14-day period. After the cooling-off period has passed, refunds are not available.
If You're in the United Kingdom
If you're located in the United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under local consumer protection laws.
If you start a subscription with a free trial, your trial period counts toward this 14-day period. You may also have a new 14-day cooling-off period in certain cases when your subscription renews, such as for annual plans. After the applicable cooling-off period has passed, refunds are not available.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
